Jonathan is by far the BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with! The communication was “10” on s scale of 1-5. He would give me weekly updates on the market, activity on the listing, etc. He was always available to answer questions and usually responded to my calls or texts within minutes. In addition Jonathan helped with repairs or anything else I needed at the property. He even changed a lock! The sale, paper work and closing were seamless. I could not have asked for a better realtor and would recommend him to anyone.

7 years ago we decided to get a second home in florida. Are internet search attracted the attention of many realtors. One stood out and that was Jonathan. When we arrived from NJ he greeted us with a binder full of possible homes fitting our criteria. Over the course of a weekend we found our first home.
